 Building 12 Liufang Nanli Community, Liufang Street, Chaoyang. 朝阳区柳芳南里 12 楼 6465-3299 This branch of Lotus in the Moonlight is set back in the middle of the Liufang Nanli residential community making it a bit difficult to find. It’s a standard Buddhist vegetarian restaurant with a large selection. The menu has pictures and English translations. The prices are mid-range compared to other local vegetarian spots. Judging from the few dishes we tried, the food is rather bland. We had the Curry Vegetarian Mutton, which was especially bland. The Vegetable Salad was actually a large vegetable sushi roll and quite good. The vegetable dumplings were huixiang flavor and decent. This place is worth checking out for those who live nearby. We only tried a few dishes so there could certainly be hidden treasures to uncover. |
